About me

I am a 25 year old qualified Level 3 personal trainer. Working out has been a passion and lifestyle choice for me for the past 6 years now, and I have been training other people to attain their own goals and ambitions within their fitness journey and would love to do the same for you.

Growing up body image had always been a problem for me. When I first started exercising in order to try and change my body composition I did a lot of cardio and lost weight but in the process I also lost a lot of muscle and found myself still disliking my body as I still had fat. This is when I learned of the importance of resistance training. Through growing muscle fat loss because significantly easier, the more muscle have the more calories you burn at rest. This is a simple fact. As more time passes and you stay consistent dieting becomes ridiculously easy as your body requires so many calories to maintain your weight.

My other passion in exercise is football, this is where my speciality in athleticism and injury prevention training comes in. Over my footballing career I have experienced a lot of injuries, some recurring. Due to this and my work life I have made it a mission to future bullet proof my injuries and develop the expertise and knowledge on how to do so.

Fat Loss

Achieving fat loss can often seem overly complicated. By incorporating customised meal and training plans, I can help you achieve your ideal physique. Through my experience, I have identified the essential information and effective strategies necessary for successful fat loss.

Athleticism Training

Another area of speciality my training methods encompass is athleticism training, No matter the sport, I can help you to train to become less injury prone, increase speed and acceleration as well as all other areas of athleticism such as jumping. This style of training includes a lot of mobility and flexibility work as well as strengthening in stretched positions. Muscle Building

In order to train for hypertrophy (muscle building) there is many different aspects that must be controlled to attain this result. This is the main area of fitness that I specialise in myself. Over the course of time I have become very knowledgeable with my training methodologies and nutritional planning in terms of building muscle. By focusing on tempo of repetitions, time under tension, range of motion and exercise selection muscle can be built much more effectively and efficiency. Let me help you attain these results.
